Property details See the key particulars of a property on one page. Transaction history Past sales for the unit and for the wider estate, with prices and dates on one page, so you know the record before you price or negotiate. Instant valuation An estimated market value based on the property's details, as a reference point for negotiation, mortgage and investment decisions. Floor plans Estate and new-development floor plans, to understand unit layouts and floor configurations. History and saved searches Properties you view are recorded automatically, and searches you run often can be saved and reused. ACCOUNT This app is intended for existing authorized users of Hong Kong law firms, estate agencies, surveying firms, banks, valuation firms, and property developers. Public account sign-up is not available. Access is arranged by your organization. Searches and record lookups are provided under your organization's service agreement.
