Prompter Desk Remote

About

Control Prompter Desk on your Mac from your iPhone or iPad. Play and pause, change reading speed, nudge one or five lines, and move between chapters while the Mac keeps the script and displays in sync. Jump to the beginning or end of the saved script and pause. Request the latest saved script from the Mac and share it as plain text using the system share sheet. These actions require the updated companion Mac app. Open both apps on the same local network and allow Local Network access. The companion searches for a Mac host and connects automatically. Prompter Desk and Prompter Desk Remote are companion apps by Guido Diaz. This free app connects to the separately purchased Prompter Desk Mac software. It does not connect to or control third-party teleprompter hardware, display the full scrolling script, or work as a standalone teleprompter. Requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later and Prompter Desk on a Mac. Use Prompter Desk 8.0 or later for Beginning, End and Share Script.
