Most dreams are gone within minutes of waking, and the ones you remember arrive as a puzzle. PsycheReverie is built for both halves: catch the dream fast, then find what your nights keep repeating. Write the dream in the first minutes after waking — or log an honest "I woke with nothing", which still counts toward your streak. Tag how it felt, what appeared in it, and what your day held. The app then does two kinds of work, and never confuses them. THE NUMBERS ARE CALCULATED, NOT GUESSED Every statistic here is computed on your device from the entries you wrote — no model invents a figure. • The Pattern Loom — your last 21 nights woven as threads: emotional temperature as colour, vividness as sway, a knot for a nightmare, a gold glint for a lucid dream. Tap a thread to reopen that night. • Recall Meter — your dreams per week measured against the roughly one-per-week adult average reported in the research, with a four-week trend. • Emotion Balance — the share of your dream emotions that are negative, mapped to the Hall/Van de Castle emotion classes and compared with the published ~80% baseline. Most people are surprised to learn that heavy dreams are the norm. • Recurring Motifs — the symbols that appear in three or more of your dreams, with their felt tone and when they first and last showed up. This is the classic "dream sign" list that lucid dreamers keep, built for you automatically. • Typical-theme normalizer — thirteen canonical dream themes detected in your entries, each beside how common it is across the population, so "being chased" reads as ordinary rather than ominous. • Continuity Threads — how your tagged waking days change your dream tone: stress days versus the rest, in your own numbers. • Night Repair — nightmare frequency over four weeks, plus imagery-rehearsal rescripting: rewrite the ending, rehearse it, and re-rate the distress to watch it fall. • Capture streak and milestones — earned from real counts, never handed out. AND ONE PART IS WRITTEN BY AI, CLEARLY The Interpreter reads a single dream and writes a reflective interpretation of it — the central thread, the symbols worth sitting with, where it may touch your waking life, and questions to journal on.
