Unbudge: ADHD App Blocker

About

Unbudge blocks the apps you choose, on a schedule you set, and does not budge. Before any payment screen, you pick one app and block it for 15 minutes. You watch it hold. If iPhone refuses the first time (it sometimes does), Unbudge retries for you and shows the exact reason instead of pretending it worked. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHOSE WILLPOWER ALONE HASN'T BEEN ENOUGH Including people managing ADHD or compulsive scrolling. No guilt, no streak shaming, no lectures. Just a block that holds. TAKE 15 Need the app? Take a 15-minute break. It locks again on its own, even if you never open Unbudge again. Breaks are 15 minutes because that is the shortest iPhone allows. We say so. IT CHECKS ITSELF Every time you open Unbudge it verifies the shield is actually holding and shows you when it last checked. If something is off, tap to fix it. HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS Deleting the app stops the blocks. iPhone allows that. Unbudge shows you the Screen Time setting that prevents deletion so future you cannot cheat. FREE FOREVER 3 apps, 1 schedule, Take 15, self-check. No account. No ads. Nothing leaves your phone. PRO Unlimited apps and schedules, Strict mode (no breaks during a schedule), weekly report. $29.99 per year or $3.99 per month. No weekly plan. No trial that turns into a charge. Cancel anytime in Settings. Unbudge uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls) only to block the apps you pick on your own device. It never sees what you do inside them.
