Clean Slate: Metadata Remover

About

Photos and videos can carry hidden details such as where they were captured, when they were made and which device created them. Clean Slate removes that metadata before you share. Choose a photo or video, tap Remove metadata and Clean Slate saves a separate clean copy to Photos. Your original stays exactly as it was. Clean five items free each month. Upgrade to Clean Slate Pro for unlimited cleaning and batches of up to 10 photos and videos at once. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything happens on your iPhone. Clean Slate has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. Your media is never uploaded by the app. ONE CLEAR ACTION Add your media, remove the metadata and use the clean copy wherever you like. Pro users can also choose which supported metadata groups to keep in a single photo. Kept fields remain in the copy. AI TAGS LEFT BY EDITING TOOLS Enhanced a genuine photo or video with an AI tool, then found the whole file labelled as AI-generated? Some editors add embedded provenance or AI-related tags even when the original capture was real. Clean Slate can remove removable source metadata, including some embedded AI-related labels. It does not remove visible watermarks, guarantee how a platform classifies content or replace any disclosure you are required to make. BUILT FOR PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND BATCHES Clean Slate removes embedded metadata from photos and exports videos without copied metadata. Pro can process a mixed selection of up to 10 photos and videos in one batch. Every result is saved as a new item in your Photos library. Clean Slate is made by Insane Rabbit Labs, an independent UK software studio. Privacy Policy: https://cleanslateprivacy.com/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://cleanslateprivacy.com/terms.html
