Pines Pass

About

Pines Pass is the all-in-one organizer for your summer share house. Stop chasing people across group texts, spreadsheets, and payment apps — your crew, your weeks, your money, and your meals all live in one place. Built for share-house crews Pines Pass is designed for the group of friends sharing a summer rental — the house manager who runs it, and the crew who stay. One house, many weeks, everyone on the same page. Stay on top of the schedule See exactly who's in the house each week. House managers assign crew to rooms and beds across every week of the season, so there's never confusion about who's staying where or when. Crew members get a clear view of their own weeks and arrivals. Split the rent, fairly Set up payment schedules with due dates and percentages, and each crew member sees exactly what they owe and when. Mark payments complete as they come in, and keep the whole house honest about who's paid. Automated reminders mean you never have to be the nag. Plan meals together Build a weekly meal plan, sign up to cook or eat, and automatically generate a consolidated shopping list from what everyone's making. No more duplicate grocery runs or last-minute "what's for dinner?" scrambles. Keep everyone in the loop House managers send announcements and reminders straight to the crew's phones — push notifications, email, or both. Every message lands in a shared inbox so nothing gets lost in a thread. Everything about the house, in one spot Store important documents, emergency contacts, and login credentials where the right people can find them. House notes and resources are available to the crew right from the portal. Made for the whole season Roll into a new season in a tap — clone your house setup, carry over your crew, and start fresh with new dates. Past seasons stay archived for reference without cluttering the current one. Pines Pass is the calm, organized backbone your summer share house has been missing. Get the crew in, get the weeks set, and let the app handle the rest.
