About
Panic Relief is a guided breathing app for the moment your chest tightens and your thoughts start racing. Open it, press play, and follow one calm breath at a time until your body has something steady to hold on to. At setup you tell it what brings you here, how often you feel anxious, and which symptoms you notice. You choose a language, a voice and a background sound, and your home screen is ready in a couple of minutes. WHAT ONE SESSION LOOKS LIKE • Pick an exercise — Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Belly Breathing or Equal Breathing. • Press play and breathe with the moving visual: in, hold, out, hold. • A calm voice counts you through each phase, with gentle haptics if you want them. • Rain or soft stillness plays underneath, looping without a gap. • When it ends, the session is saved to your progress. That's the whole thing. WHEN IT'S OVER, NOTICE THE PATTERN Log an episode in a few taps: how intense it was, what may have set it off — work, crowds, health, sleep, or unknown — and what you felt: racing heart, short breath, dizziness, tension. Add a note about what was happening just before, if you want to. Keep a short journal of your mood, from calm to overwhelmed, and a line on how your body and your mind feel. The Progress tab shows your sessions, total minutes, streak and longest streak, with a seven-day view of your practice. Insights shows your episodes, average intensity and the triggers that come up most often. An optional reminder on the days and at the time you choose nudges you to practise. IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There's no account, no sign-up and no password. Your sessions, episode logs and journal are stored on this device, and the app works fully offline. Usage analytics help us improve the app, and you can switch them off at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. PREMIUM: GO DEEPER, AND TAKE IT WITH YOU • Six more exercises — Deep Relaxation, Calming Breath, Resonant, Coherent and Alternate Nostril breathing, and a Morning Energize session. • Build without limits — create as many custom exercises as you like, with your own pattern, cycle count, colour, sound and voice. The free plan holds two. • More to listen to — every ambient track, including white noise, healing frequency and deep meditation soundscapes, plus additional voice guides. • Hand someone something readable — export a PDF report of your practice, episodes and journal to keep, or to bring to an appointment. • Keep a copy — back up all your data to a file and restore it on a new phone.
