DoubleCheck: 2-Person Check

About

Two people check the same list separately. The second person never sees the first person's marks. When both are done, only the rows that differ turn red. A sign-off column on a paper inspection checklist is filled in while the previous marks are already visible, so the confirming person tends to miss the same things. DoubleCheck hides the first person's marks from the second person's screen, so a real second check happens. WHY IT WORKS - Hidden marks: the second person sees item names only - Only differences turn red: spot the rows to re-check at a glance - Check again: go through every row once more if differences remain - Hand off your way: pass the same iPhone, or send the list by QR code to a second iPhone - History and PDF: every check keeps the time, the two people and the number of differences - Parallel checks: run several checks on one checklist, one per shipment or per shift - Ready-made checklists plus your own GOOD FOR - Pre-shipment inspection: packing, quantity and part numbers verified by two people - Opening and closing checks: cash register, locking up, stock - Equipment and vehicle pre-start checks - Cleaning checks, handovers and packing lists All data is kept on your iPhone. A QR code is the only thing that passes between devices.
