Make room for calm with continuously changing sound, a soft night light, and controls designed for the quiet hours. SLEEP SOUNDS WITHOUT THE LOOP Listen to brown noise, white noise, rain, ocean waves, a fireplace, a fan and more. Sounds are generated or assembled continuously, so there is no short track repeatedly starting over. FIND YOUR BALANCE Layer sounds and adjust their levels. Start with a ready-made mix, keep favourites close, or explore the custom noise dial to find a sound between deep and bright. A SOFTER NIGHT Choose a night-light scene and colour to suit the room. Glow, Stars, Bedside Clock, Passage and TV Static bring different kinds of calm to the screen. Control brightness and animation from the night-light controls. SETTLE IN, THEN FADE OUT Set a sleep timer and choose how gradually the sound fades before it stops. Audio can continue with the screen locked, with playback controls on the Lock Screen and in Control Center. WAKE GENTLY Set a wake alarm with a sound that builds gradually. Alarms require iOS 26 or later on iPhone; choosing a wake sound requires iOS 26.1 or later. ADDITIONAL FEATURES Some features require a Pro in-app purchase: additional sounds, up to four simultaneous layers, tone controls, saved mixes and custom sounds, alarms, longer sleep timers, additional colours and the Candle, Aurora, Tide, Rainfall, Retro Clock and Cozy Moon scenes.
