Pro adds unlimited lists and routines, templates, custom durations, commitment pause, and four-week reports. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads, or behavioural analytics. When you create a My Time activity, Apple's Device Activity report analyzes the previous two weeks on device. Only aggregate time patterns and opaque app tokens used for your suggestions remain locally available to BlockRoutine; nothing is sent to a developer server. iOS 17+ and Screen Time permission are required.
