Aldwin keeps track of the things you are waiting on other people for, and moves them forward so you only have to make the call. Connect Gmail or Outlook and Aldwin reads the threads where something is still open: a reply you are waiting for, a question you have not answered, a next step nobody has taken. For each one it tells you what is pending, what it recommends, and why, with the original email one tap away. Nothing goes out without you. Every reply, follow-up, or scheduling suggestion is a card you approve, edit, or dismiss. If a thread does not need anything from you, Aldwin says so instead of inventing work. What Aldwin does • Finds the open loops in your inbox and lists only the ones worth your attention • Drafts the next reply or follow-up in your voice, ready for one-tap approval • Waits for the right moment: if the other side goes quiet, it re-checks and asks whether to nudge • Explains every conclusion with the exact email it came from • Lets you add context, correct it, or ask questions in the same conversation Your data • Sign in with Apple; no password to create • Gmail and Outlook access is optional, requested only when you connect a mailbox, and revocable at any time • Mail data is used only to run Aldwin for you; it is never sold or used for advertising • Delete your account and all associated data from inside the app Aldwin's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
