Animal Vision: Animal Eyes

About

How does a dog see the world? What about a cat, an eagle or a bee? Animal Vision turns your phone's camera into the eyes of 45+ animals, in real time. Point it at anything and see it the way a dog, a cat, a shark, a snake or a dragonfly would: their colors, their sharpness and their night vision. BASED ON REAL SCIENCE These aren't made-up filters. Every kind of vision starts from peer-reviewed research: each species' cones and photoreceptors, its visual acuity, its field of view and how well it sees in low light. And we explain it: each animal's page shows how and why it sees that way, with sources. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Live camera filter: see the world through animal eyes instantly. • Split screen: your vision next to the animal's, side by side. • Photo mode: apply any animal's vision to a photo from your gallery. • Compare in a tap: press and hold to see the normal image. • Share: "before/after" cards and GIFs ready for social media. • Front camera: find out how your pet sees you.
