About
KOLL keeps family life together. Things, to-dos, reminders and notes for the whole household, on your iPhone and Mac, shared with the people you live with. THINGS Keep track of what you own: tools, gear, gadgets, documents. Give each thing a category and a place, add a photo, note the warranty or receipt, and mark what you have lent out or borrowed. When someone asks "where is the ladder?", KOLL knows. TO-DOS AND REMINDERS Household tasks with due dates, assigned to a family member. Overdue, today and upcoming at a glance on the Today screen. Reminders arrive as notifications. TODAY One screen with what matters now: overdue and due today, what is lent out or borrowed, and what was recently added. SYNC AND FAMILY SHARING Your data lives in your own private iCloud database and syncs between your iPhone and Mac. Invite family members with iCloud sharing so everyone works in the same KOLL. Works offline and syncs when you are back online. BUILT FOR APPLE PLATFORMS • Siri and Shortcuts: "Add to KOLL" and "Find a Thing" • Spotlight: find your things from the Home Screen • Three themes: Classic, Forest and Midnight • Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support • Native apps for iOS 18 and macOS 15 KOLL PRO KOLL is free with a limited number of things and the Classic theme. KOLL Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited things and all themes, and it is Family Sharing enabled so one purchase covers the whole family. PRIVACY No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud.
