JournalBlock holds your phone until the page is written. Pick the sittings your day needs. A morning one, an evening one, as many as you want. Give each a time, a name, and its own questions. The first sitting of the day is owed from midnight. Until you write it, the apps you chose stay shut. Open one and you get a card naming the sitting you owe and a button that takes you to the page. Write it, and your phone comes back. Backup is optional, and when it's on your entries are encrypted on your phone before they are sent. The key comes from a recovery phrase only you hold, so nobody here can read a word of it. The list of apps you block never leaves your phone at all. JournalBlock Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
