TRAIN remembers last time. Under every set's target you now see what you lifted the last time that exercise came round — set by set, so a pyramid reads back as a pyramid, and beating the plan has something to beat. The wall's pictures are fixed. Each sealed day's wax is kept the moment the seal is actually on screen, never a blank frame or another page — and if you lock your phone or head into Settings right after sealing, it catches up the next time you're home.

About

The goal is simple: seal your day. At the end of it you press a wax seal onto the day, and the impression forms only as complete as you earned. Three arcs feed the day. TRAIN is your workouts, set by set. FUEL is the food you planned, ticked as you eat it. BASE is the quiet stuff Apple Health already knows: steps, sleep, rings, stand hours. When an arc completes, its wax melts. When the day's done, you press. That's the whole loop. THE SEAL One press a night. Hold the wax and the impression forms to the percentage you earned. Eighty percent holds the day and the run; less is a miss. Beat the plan and the wax turns gilded. Sealed days lock forever; no going back. Nights held in a row make a run; a run earns its metal: brass at a week, bronze at a fortnight, silver at a month, platinum at two, gold at three. Make it of wax, lava or liquid, your colour. TRAIN Hit the set at target? One tap. Off plan? Slide in real plates, with a click for every increment. You never type a number. Every set is kept, weight and reps against target, so the week's performance is honest all the way down. A rest timer runs on your lock screen between sets. FUEL Name your meals once. Then each day is a tick, not a diary. Macros are optional: build a meal's plate from the UK's own food data, set a target, and the day is scored against it. No set plan? Set one daily number and build each day from meals you've had before, in a tap. Drinks count, and a drink that carries alcohol is scored plainly, never lectured. Something that came in a packet? Scan its barcode. Don't know your numbers? Pick a goal and a pace; a target is suggested. BASE Pick the Apple Health signals that matter to you. They fill themselves. Nothing to enter. Turn it over for each signal's week, month and all time. APPLE WATCH A real workout on your wrist. Tick sets from the Watch, hold and slide the weight in plate increments, and the rest timer buzzes when it's time. The seal complication shows how far you are all day. THE WALL AND PROGRESS Every seal you've pressed, kept. Held days, gilded days, and the honest gaps between. PROGRESS charts the body, the fuel and the work: weight, tape, estimated one-rep max by lift and by body part. THE PACT Two people, one streak. It only advances when you both hold the day. Send a pump when they need it. Turn on the duel and it gets its own page, running from the day you paired: the score since day one, your seals side by side, the arcs night by night, one line for the two of you. Kindly, always: "Alex edged it 94 to 91", never "you lost". Bad start? Call day one again, together. THE WORDS Every Sunday evening, a coach reads your week: the sets, the fuel against target, the base, your own notes from the floor, and writes back. Short, specific, and yours. WIDGETS The seal, the base, the fuel, the body and the work, on your home screen and lock screen. KIND BY DESIGN Scheduled rest days seal by design. A missed day can be mended once a week. No loser language anywhere, and no dashboard shouting at you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything you seal lives on your phone. Apple Health data is read and, if you leave the switch on, written back on the device only; it never leaves. The pact syncs one line a day: the date, the percentage, and whether it was gilded. No ads, no tracking, no email address. THE SUBSCRIPTION SEALED is one monthly subscription with everything in it: £3.99 a month with a 7-day free trial, no yearly plan, no tiers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Everything you sealed stays on your phone either way.
