Menos: Angry Motivation Quotes

About

Menos is a motivation app that pushes you. Angry motivational quotes, aimed straight at whatever you have been putting off. No affirmations. No reminders to go easy on yourself. You asked to be pushed, so Menos pushes. Open the app and swipe through the quotes. Set up reminders and they push you through the day. WHAT YOU GET - Nine categories, so the push matches what you are working on: No Excuses, Consistency, Training, Setbacks, Fear, Work, Discipline, Mornings, Focus - Set up to ten quotes a day that push you throughout the day - Save the ones you like, and share the ones that hit hardest - Choose from twenty backgrounds - No account, no sign up, and it works with no signal A HEADS UP The language is strong and it is pointed at you. That is the product, not an accident. If you want an app that congratulates you for opening it, this is not that app. Menos comes after your excuses and nothing else. It will never say a word about your body, your weight or your food, and it will never tell you to skip a meal, train hurt or cut your sleep. ABOUT THE NAME Menos is an ancient Greek word for the fight a god breathes into a hero before a battle. It gets spent, and it gets put back. That is the whole idea behind this app. You are not out of it. You are between refills.
