PotluckLoop keeps a shared meal organized from the first invite to the last returned casserole dish. Create a recurring group, plan an event, collect RSVPs and guest counts, and define exactly what the table needs. Friends claim quantities instead of vague categories, while PotluckLoop highlights duplicate dishes, missing essentials and under- or overfilled slots. Use single-choice polls and claim deadlines to settle details, add optional dietary preference tags, track returnable dishes by owner and current holder, save successful setups as templates and keep a useful event history. Your workspace is stored in the app’s protected container and may be included in device backups. There is no account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Sharing is always user-initiated through an event-package link. PotluckLoop rejects new imports after seven days, but a copied link remains readable and cannot be revoked. Exports omit unrelated group members and group-level dietary profiles. Imported packages create a separate local copy; PotluckLoop does not provide live collaboration or automatic syncing. Dietary tags coordinate preferences only. PotluckLoop does not verify ingredients, allergens, preparation methods or food safety. Confirm details directly with guests and food providers. The free version includes one active group, two active events, RSVPs, item claims, warnings, polls, reminders, history and user-initiated event sharing. PotluckLoop Pro removes the active group/event limits and unlocks reusable template creation. Monthly, yearly and lifetime options may be offered.
