If something happened to you today, who would feed your dog? Not next week. Tonight. Doggy is a free daily check-in for people who live alone with an animal. Once a day you press one green button: We're okay. That is the whole of it. If the button is not pressed, the person you chose is told — and they are shown everything you have written down about your pets. ONE TAP A DAY Pick your time. I will remind you before it, and again if you forget. If you miss it, I wait — you decide how long — before anybody is told. A CARD FOR YOUR DOOR, AND ONE FOR YOUR WALLET Print a notice for your front door and two cards for your pocket, each with a code on it. Anyone who scans it sees what your animals eat, their medicines and their vet, on a plain page — nothing to install, no password, nothing to work out. It never shows your address, and never how to get into your home. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM, WRITTEN DOWN ONCE Their name, what they answer to, the cup of food from the blue bag, the tablet that has to be hidden in cheese, the vet who has their records, the thunder that frightens them. Say it out loud instead of typing it — your words are turned into text on your own phone and are never sent anywhere. REMINDERS FOR YOU AS WELL The tablets, the shopping, the Thursday telephone call. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG NOW One button tells the person you chose that you need them, without waiting for tomorrow's check-in. WHO IT IS FOR People who live on their own with a dog or a cat, and the sons and daughters who worry about them. It was built for somebody of seventy-five: large type, few buttons, plain words, and nothing that has to be learnt. A payment will be charged to your Apple Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
