About
A box is four counts in, four held, four out, four held. This app draws that box around the edge of your screen and asks you to follow a light along it. There is nothing else on the screen. No buttons, no counters, no rings to close. Tap anywhere to begin. THE SESSION - Four counts a side, traced on the edge of the display - A comet that carries around each corner without stopping - A spoken voice, or a singing bowl, or neither - Firm taps for breaths and soft ones for holds, so you can follow it with your eyes shut - A lead-in before the first breath, so it doesn't start under your finger - Swipe up to set a time, or just breathe until you want to stop NO STREAKS There is no target here and no streak to keep. Activity shows you a month of the nights you breathed, drawn as stars. The nights you didn't are empty sky. Miss a week and nothing turns red. There is one reminder, and it stays off until you turn it on. ACCESSIBILITY Every gesture is also a VoiceOver action, so the whole app works with the screen curtain on. Reduce Motion is respected throughout. PRO One payment, not a subscription. It adds the Relaxed, 4-7-8 and Coherent rhythms, rhythms you build yourself, a second voice, two more skies, and finished sessions written to Health as Mindful Minutes. The rest is free and stays free. The app writes to Health. It never reads from it.
