HealthDirect: Online Doctor

About

Talk to a doctor by video, without leaving home. HealthDirect connects you to clinicians for video, voice or chat consultations, and keeps everything that comes out of them in one place. BOOK IN MINUTES Browse clinicians by specialty, see when they are free, and book a slot that suits you. A reminder arrives before it starts. CONSULT BY VIDEO, VOICE OR CHAT Consultations are encrypted end to end and are never recorded. Join from your phone; if your signal drops, the call stays open until you are back. YOUR RECORD, IN ONE PLACE Prescriptions, lab results, imaging reports, consultation notes and your vitals, in one record you can read at any time and download as a PDF. PRESCRIPTIONS AND REPEATS Download any prescription as a PDF, and request a repeat without booking another appointment. TESTS AND SCANS See the tests your clinician has ordered, results shown against their reference ranges, and the report on any X-ray, CT, MRI or ultrasound. APPLE HEALTH With your permission, HealthDirect reads your heart rate, blood pressure, glucose, weight, blood oxygen and steps to keep your record current, and writes back the vitals you record here. SYMPTOM CHECKER Describe what you are feeling and get a plain-language assessment with a suggested specialty. It is not a diagnosis and never replaces a clinician. EMERGENCY One tap shares your location with the emergency contacts you have saved. PRIVACY Your card details never reach our servers. Your name is never sent to the symptom checker. The full detail is at healthdirect.app/privacy. HealthDirect is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number.
