Take a photo of your plate. Get calories, protein, carbs and fat back in seconds, then get told what to do about them. Dayli Health is a calorie and protein tracker for people who want a straight answer, not a food database to search through. And because logging every day is the hard part, every good day earns coins for a small neighborhood of your own. PHOTOGRAPH YOUR MEAL Snap your plate, or pick from your library, and the estimate comes back broken down item by item. Every line is editable and the totals follow. Two or three plates count as one meal. When the camera is unsure it asks one quick question instead of guessing. You can also describe a meal in words, or point the camera at a nutrition label and have the numbers read for you. SAVE WHAT YOU EAT OFTEN A fixed breakfast, a standing lunch order, the shake after every workout. Save it once and log it in a tap. Supplements and protein powders have their own place, and drinks and water count toward the day. A GOAL THAT ADAPTS Enter your age, height, weight and activity level and get a daily calorie budget and macro targets. Your goal is broken into milestones so you are chasing something a few weeks out, and the pace section tells you honestly whether you are on track. Ask for too much too fast and the app says so, with realistic alternatives. APPLE HEALTH, BOTH WAYS Reads your activity, workouts, weight and sleep. Writes back what you ate. Workouts from your watch show up with duration, energy and distance, and a good session earns a celebration and a share card for your story. In the morning it tells you how you slept. A BUDDY, NOT A SPREADSHEET Coaching that notices what a chart will not: protein you keep missing, back-loaded days, a weight trend heading the wrong way. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it writes a short daily note and answers questions, entirely on your device. MY NEIGHBORHOOD Real health earns fictional coins. Workouts, logged days and morning weigh-ins pay for a home, a garden, animals and land, ten home levels deep. You are placed on a street with up to nine neighbors, visit their homes, and challenge each other to real exercise, finished together within the window. Only Apple Health workouts count. Nothing about your health is ever shown to a neighbor, only your home and its name. ALSO IN THE APP Ideal weight range, a morning weigh-in nudge, meal reminders, history and weight trend, light or dark, English and Spanish. Widgets for the Home and Lock Screen, and an Apple Watch app with complications, one-tap water and your coins. DAYLI HEALTH PLUS Everything you track is free: meals, weight, water, Apple Health, workouts, coaching and the whole neighborhood. Your first 10 photo scans are free too. After that, Plus keeps the camera going with up to 10 photo scans a day, and lets you link your Apple ID so your neighborhood follows you to a new phone. Plus is $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in Settings. ABOUT YOUR DATA Your meals, weights and photos stay on your iPhone. When you ask for a photo estimate, that one photo goes through our server to an AI provider and is not stored. The neighborhood game saves only game things to the cloud: your home, land, coins and items, under an anonymous account. Anonymous usage and crash data helps find bugs, never includes your food, weight or photos, and can be switched off in Settings.
