DayFlow AI brings schedules, tasks, running and money together in one calm workspace—so you can plan, track, run and budget without switching between multiple apps. Plan your day with schedules, reminders and recurring events. Turn intentions into tasks and keep them moving. Record runs with route, distance, pace and elevation. Track income, expenses, budgets and monthly totals in the same app. AI is optional, transparent and built around your control: • Apple on-device intelligence: on supported Apple devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, prompts are processed on the device. No external endpoint or API key is required. • Bring your own model: connect directly to an OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic Messages endpoint using your own model ID and API key. DayFlow AI does not include a built-in model and does not provide or proxy third-party credentials. • Ask in natural language to plan your week, review your month or understand your spending. • Choose whether a request may include a minimal recent summary of your schedules, tasks, running and expense data. • Review proposed changes before anything is written. Your core records stay in the app's private storage by default. Optional iCloud or cloud-drive sync is controlled by you. When you use a custom model, your prompt and any selected local summary are sent directly from your device to the endpoint you entered. The provider's privacy, retention and training policies apply. DayFlow AI is designed for personal organization. AI output is informational—review it before relying on it for financial, health or other important decisions.
