AnemoicPoiesis

About

AnemoicPoiesis is a creative writing and worldbuilding workspace for turning scattered ideas into connected stories. WRITE YOUR WAY Create rich documents with visual pages, font and size controls, Title, Subtitle, six heading levels, superscript and subscript. Set word goals, customize page setup, and use a distraction-free writing view. Writing preferences include smart quotes, automatic lists, spelling correction, and your own text substitutions. BRING YOUR WORK WITH YOU Import Word documents, including Word downloads from Google Docs, with supported paragraph styles and text formatting. Export documents in Word, PDF, ODT, RTF, Markdown, HTML, EPUB, plain text, LaTeX, Fountain, and Final Draft formats. PDF import extracts editable text; complex Word elements such as table layouts, images, and footnotes are not retained by Word import. KEEP YOUR WORLD CONNECTED Organize projects, documents, characters, lore, notes, and reference photos. Search your workspace, pin favorites, and recover deleted work from the Dumpster. OPTIONAL TOOLS FOR IDEAS Use writing prompts and the AI Studio. Anemoic Standard is included for supported on-device AI writing tools and chat. AI generation runs locally, not through a cloud model service. Optional web research sends your chosen searches to online services when enabled. You control the material you bring into your workspace. YOUR WORKSPACE, YOUR DEVICE No separate app login, subscription, advertising, or analytics is required. Your workspace saves locally first. Optionally sync writing between your Mac and iPhone through private iCloud, with offline catch-up, recovery backups, and conflict review. Auto Sync is off until enabled on each device using the same Apple Account. Photos, local attachments, models, and AI conversations are not included in Auto Sync. Export portable backups or choose separate nearby-device transfers.
