Schoolletics

About

Schoolletics gives school athletics and activity programs one coordinated place for operations, communication, and family participation. Families and students can use role-relevant dashboards across athletics and band, follow schedules and event details, respond to RSVP requests, complete forms, review school-assigned fee status and approved manual-payment records, communicate with authorized groups, and keep responsibilities current. Coaches, directors, and authorized school staff can manage teams, ensembles, rosters, events, attendance, workouts, forms, equipment, volunteers, communication, school fee assignments, and approved manual cash or check records. Online payment collection, checkout, refunds, bank-account onboarding, payouts, disputes, and live payment-provider controls are not available in version 1.0. Access is based on school-approved organization, team, and family assignments. Available information and actions depend on each account's authorized role and the participating school's configuration.
