That lets the app place the on-screen bullseye over the part of the phone actually doing the detecting—not simply the center of the screen. Place the phone flat against the wall, set the wall background, and slide slowly from side to side. A simple 0-to-10 Target Score, color-changing bullseye, and haptic feedback help you locate nearby steel screws, nails, metal studs, plates, and steel conduit.
