About

A diary for people who live with migraine, tension-type, cluster, hemicrania continua or new daily persistent headache — and who are tired of trying to remember six months of attacks in a ten-minute appointment. BUILT FOR BAD DAYS Migraine mode dims the screen, removes animation and logs an attack in two taps. Siri can log one hands-free. Add the details later, when you feel better. WHAT YOU CAN RECORD • Timing, severity and peak severity, location on a head map, pain quality • Associated symptoms, aura type and lead time, postdrome and recovery • Structured triggers across sleep, stress, hormones, food, weather and sensory • Medications and doses, with reminders and refill tracking • A daily check-in for sleep, stress, hydration, mood, screen time and more • Menstrual cycle, to surface hormonally-linked patterns WHAT IT SHOWS YOU • Headache days per month, and how that trend is moving • A year heatmap of every day, coloured by that day's peak severity • Which factors differ between your headache days and your clear days • Whether a preventive changed your headache days after you started it • Medication use-days against the published monthly limits for each drug class FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT One tap produces a PDF your neurologist can read in under a minute: trends, heatmap, medications with overuse flags, possible triggers, your latest MIDAS score. Export the raw diary as CSV for any period you choose. WARNING SIGNS The app screens what you log against the SNOOP10 features taught in neurology and prompts you to seek care sooner. These are prompts, not verdicts. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS There is no account on our servers, because there are no servers. Your diary lives on your device, and syncs through your own private iCloud, between your devices and nowhere else. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The only thing that ever leaves your device is your approximate location, and only if you switch on weather tracking. Also included: MIDAS disability questionnaire, ICHD-3 pattern comparison, breathing and relaxation exercises, Apple Health integration, emergency contacts, and a configurable emergency number. IMPORTANT This app is for personal tracking and patient education. It does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. Where it compares your logs to published criteria it is matching patterns in your own data — only a clinician can diagnose. Its warning-sign checks are prompts to seek professional care, never a substitute for it, and never a reason to delay it.
