Hourly Logs

About

Hourly is a time tracker for people who bill by the hour. Start a timer when you sit down to work. Stop it when you're done. At the end of the week, see exactly where your hours went, what they're worth, and what you haven't billed yet. BUILT FOR FREELANCERS AND CONSULTANTS Track work across your clients. Organise it by client, project, and task, set a rate per project, and let Hourly do the arithmetic, in your own currency. ONE TAP TO START • Name what you're working on and who it's for, and the timer is running • Start and stop from anywhere in the app, and change the project, note, or start time while it runs • A Live Activity keeps the running timer, task, and client on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • A home screen widget shows today's total at a glance • Forgot to stop? Save just the time you worked with Stop at… • Forgot to start? Add the time afterwards, by start and end or by duration • An optional end-of-day reminder on weekdays when nothing is tracked SEE YOUR WEEK • A weekly timesheet you can edit • Billable and non-billable hours, kept separate • Project budgets in hours, with a bar that fills as you work READY TO INVOICE Export your entries to CSV on any plan and drop them into your invoicing tool. Mark time as billed when you send the invoice, and Hourly always shows what's still unbilled. SWITCHING IS EASY Bring your history with you: import a CSV export from your previous time tracker, and your clients, projects, and entries are set up for you. WORKS EVERYWHERE YOU DO Sign in with Apple or Google. Everything syncs with the web app at hourlylogs.com, so the hours you track on your phone are already there when you sit down at your desk. FREE TO START The free plan covers 3 active clients and 5 active projects, with the timer, manual entries, the weekly timesheet, CSV export, billed tracking, import, and a Monday summary email. Archive a client to make room for a new one. No trial clock, no credit card.
