INVOICES, ESTIMATES, AND RECEIPTS Every document is issued by your business, in your name. Write an invoice for work you have done, send an estimate or quote before you start, or hand a customer a sale receipt on the spot. Add line items with quantities and rates, and watch the total update as you type. Set your own numbering, too. ACME-0001 instead of INV-0001, with a separate sequence for each document type, so your books read the way you keep them. SEND A PDF YOUR CLIENT WILL TAKE SERIOUSLY Every document renders as a clean, printable PDF invoice. Send it straight from the app by email, or push it through the share sheet into whatever your client actually uses. No watermark on any tier. GET PAID, AND SEE WHO HASN'T PAID Record part payments and full payments against any invoice and watch the balance fall. CustomInvoice works out paid, part paid, outstanding, and overdue from your payment record every time it shows them, so the number in front of you is never a stale total someone forgot to update. INVOICE TEMPLATES AND YOUR OWN BRANDING Choose from three invoice templates: Classic, Modern, and Minimal. Put your logo and brand colour on every page. Your invoice should look like your business, not like an app. TAX RATES AND DISCOUNTS THAT ADD UP Create named tax rates and apply them per line, so a job that mixes taxable labour with exempt materials bills correctly. Discount a single line or the whole invoice. Every amount is calculated the way an accountant would check it. Line totals are rounded individually and then added, so the total on the invoice always equals the column your client is reading.
