TurnReady: Turnover Checklist

About

TurnReady handles the hours between a short-stay guest's checkout and the next arrival. A host creates a property and schedules a turnover for a cleaner. Each turnover is a room-by-room run: tasks can require photo proof, and the app shows unfinished work and missing proof before the space is marked ready. Record supplies used during the clean, log and resolve issues, and add a handoff note for the next arrival. The readiness report collects the task results, photo references, supplies, and unresolved issues in a shareable record. History keeps each property's past turnovers available for later review. No booking account is required. Core scheduling, checklists, records, and reports are stored on the device. Optional premium purchases and connected services may require network access. TurnReady does not book accommodation or hire cleaners.
