Keanan is the employee app for companies that run Keanan for their people operations. If your employer uses Keanan, this app is your side of it. No more emailing HR to ask how many leave days you have left, or waiting until Monday to hand in a receipt. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Time off: see your balance, request days, and get the decision as a notification. • Clock in and out: start and stop your working day, and check what the week adds up to. • Payslips: every payslip you have been issued, ready to open or forward. • Expenses: photograph a receipt and the amounts fill themselves in. • Contracts and documents: your paperwork, signed and searchable. • Meetings and benefits: what is scheduled, and what you are entitled to. FOR MANAGERS Approve or decline time off and expense claims from your phone, and look up anyone in the team directory. GETTING IN Your employer invites you and sends a workspace address or a pairing QR code. Install the app, scan the code or type the address, and sign in once. Turn on Face ID or your fingerprint and it opens in a second after that. One app serves every company. It connects to whichever Keanan instance your employer runs, including one hosted on their own servers. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED WITH IT • Biometric lock and two factor authentication, so your payroll is not one unlocked phone away. • Available in ten languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Swahili, Hindi, Japanese and Chinese. • The app talks only to your employer's own instance. Your company's data stays your company's. Keanan is a people operations platform companies can self host or have managed for them.
