PoolLedger Service Passport is a free, offline field record for pool owners, service technicians and property teams. It turns each visit into a structured service round and keeps the pool's equipment history, handover notes and user-chosen service plan together. RUN A DOCUMENTED SERVICE ROUND • Select a pool passport and choose the visit purpose • Record the operator or team performing the visit • Follow a neutral observation route for the plant area, circulation, water appearance, access area, equipment sound and leaks • Mark each observation clear, needs attention or not checked • Add site-specific checkpoints without changing the standard route • Record measurements exactly as observed, with your own label, unit and note • Keep work performed, deferred work and not-required items visible together SEAL THE VISIT • Complete a round only after the operator and standard observations are recorded • Give every completed round a stable PoolLedger reference • Keep completed content read-only • Append timestamped corrections without silently rewriting the original round • Search completed rounds by operator, note, reference or work item • Share a readable report for one completed round KEEP AN EQUIPMENT PASSPORT • Register pumps, filters, heaters, sanitisers, cleaners, lighting, covers and other assets • Store manufacturer, model, serial number, installation date and user-chosen service date • Mark an asset in service, needs attention or retired • Build a per-asset timeline of inspections, services, repairs, part changes and notes PREPARE A HANDOVER • See sealed-round, equipment-attention and due-plan counts together • Create user-chosen one-off or repeating service-plan items with optional local reminders • Share a readable pool handover, a service-round CSV or a complete schema-v2 JSON backup • Validate pasted backup JSON before choosing whether to replace local data LOCAL AND FREE Pool sites, service rounds, equipment events, plans and settings stay on the device unless you choose an export. There is no account, cloud sync or location access. Every functional feature is free, with no paid download, in-app purchase, subscription, trial or paywall. A labelled banner stays outside active service rounds. Capped app-open ads begin after the first session and stay outside critical flows. An optional rewarded ad applies only a temporary cosmetic colour treatment and unlocks no functional feature. IMPORTANT RECORDING BOUNDARY PoolLedger stores user-entered observations, dates and values. It provides no preset safe ranges, pool-health score, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, chemical-dose calculation, swim-safety assessment, failure prediction or compliance certificate.
