HiveCare is a secure communication and care-coordination app for home-health agencies. Administrators, caregivers, nurses, therapists and clients stay connected around each client's care, without putting protected health information in an ordinary chat app. HiveCare is invite-only: your agency creates your account and sends you a secure link to set your password. There is no public sign-up. SECURE MESSAGING • One-to-one conversations with your team and your assigned clients • Communities for shifts and teams, and broadcast channels for agency announcements • Photos, files and voice messages • Priority messages that stand out, and read receipts VOICE AND VIDEO CALLS • Call a teammate or a client from inside the conversation, with audio or video • Calls are encrypted and never recorded CARE COORDINATION • See the clients assigned to you and their care team • Check in and check out of visits from the client's conversation • Administrators manage staff, clients, roles and communities, and can supervise staff conversations in read-only mode NOTIFICATIONS THAT RESPECT PRIVACY • Know right away when a message or call arrives • Push alerts never include health information • Quiet hours, so off-shift alerts arrive silently while priority messages still come through BUILT FOR PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Health information encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256-GCM) • Tamper-evident audit log of every access to sensitive data • Each agency's data isolated from every other agency • Face ID lock, new-device verification and account lockout • HiveCare acts as a HIPAA Business Associate to the agencies it serves HiveCare does not sell your data and does not show ads.
