Lardel turns your real pantry into cooking decisions. Instead of typing grams into another list, you snap a photo of a jar, bottle or bag and drag a Stock Line up or down over it: the part below the line stays full-colour "still stocked" and the space above washes to grey "empty". That one drag records how much of each staple you actually have — no guessing, no numbers to enter. The moment you set a level, Lardel matches meals against it. The Cookline sorts every recipe into Cook now, Almost, and Blocked so you can see at a glance what tonight's dinner could be with what's on the shelf. Add your own meals with the staples they need, or start from the built-in starter set. Every time you cook, Lardel logs the session, deducts the staples you used, and lets you record a quick spoken Cook Note for next time. Behind the scenes it learns how fast each staple drains and which meals each one gates. That feeds the Restock Ladder: instead of a chart, it gives you a decision — the single keystone staple to buy next because it unlocks the most meals, each staple's runout ETA, and your current cook-through reach.
