FIRST, THE SNIFF TEST Before he takes the job, Scrappy shows you your own Screen Time: your real week, what it costs in hours (and, gulp, years), and the deal he proposes. Apple draws the numbers right on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, ever. He's a dog. THREE TRICKS, NO FOURTH He knows exactly three tricks, because three is all anyone needs: • Quiet hours: the door is shut between two times. Evenings, work, Sunday. • Daily limit: so many minutes a day, then that's it. • Open limit: six looks a day is plenty.
