Save any tab you find online to practice later! Pad Tabs is a simple home for the tabs you want to play on Bass and Guitar. Start with a tab you find online. Paste the website address into the app and import the visible tab. Pad Tabs works whether it's bass or guitar, how many strings it uses, the tuning, bar layout and fret spacing, then gives you a chance to review or make changes before saving. You can also paste tab text or import a screenshot or photo from Photos or Files. Crop the image, choose bass or guitar and have the app read privately on to your iPad. Once a tab is in your library, make it your own. Edit frets, rests, note lengths, ties, bars, time signatures and sections. Switch between stacked and continuous views and zoom the notation so it is comfortable to read. Apple Pencil support lets you mark directly on the tab. When it is time to play, use Practice mode with playback, tempo control, looping, selectable ranges, count-in, metronome and gradual tempo increases. The playhead follows along as you work through the positions. The built-in tuner listens to your instrument and helps tune bass or guitar strings. Write your own tabs right in the app. Keep everything organised with search, favourites, folders, tags, setlists and recently practised tabs. Your library is stored on this iPad and remains available offline. When you are ready to take a tab elsewhere, export a clean PDF, print it, save page images or share a plain-text version.
