Easy Email Manager is a secure place to keep the login details for every email account you own — so you're never digging through notes, spreadsheets, or your memory for a password, a webmail address, or the IMAP/SMTP settings some mail app asked for months ago. It is not an email client. It never connects to a mailbox, never sends or receives mail, and never reads a single message. It just remembers what you'd otherwise write down somewhere far less secure. WHAT YOU CAN STORE FOR EACH ACCOUNT • Email address and password • Hosting company and webmail address • IMAP and SMTP server settings • Notes — renewal dates, recovery info, anything else worth remembering Accounts that share a custom domain (say, several addresses on your own hosting) automatically fold into one group card on Home, so a long list stays easy to scan. LOCKED DOWN BY DESIGN • Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock, with your device passcode as a fallback • A separate re-authentication step before any password is shown or copied • Screenshot and app-switcher (Recents) protection, so a stored password can't be glimpsed in passing • Your data is encrypted at rest with SQLCipher, and the database's own encryption key lives in the iOS Keychain — generated on your device, and never included in a backup BACK UP AND RESTORE, ON YOUR TERMS Create an encrypted backup file (.eembackup) protected by a password only you know — not stored anywhere, not recoverable if forgotten, and not something we could hand over even if asked, because we never see it. Restore later with a preview of what's in the file first, and a choice to merge with your existing accounts or replace them outright. A WEB COMPANION, WHEN YOU'RE NOT ON YOUR PHONE At easymailmanager.eu, a browser-based companion holds its own encrypted vault — useful at a desk, without pulling out your phone. It doesn't sync automatically with the app; move accounts between them with a backup file when you want to. ZERO ACCOUNTS, ZERO TRACKING There's no sign-up, no login screen for us, and no server that ever sees your data. The app makes no network requests at all beyond opening a webmail address you've saved, in your device's browser, when you tap to open it. No analytics, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting, no device identifiers. Uninstall the app and everything it stored goes with it — unless you made a backup yourself. If you've ever locked yourself out of an old hosting account because the password lived in an email you can no longer access, this is the app for that problem.
