RoastCurve Coffee Batch is a paid, local-first roast profile desk for coffee roasters, training labs, educators, and serious home roasting workflows. Record coffee, origin, process, roaster, charge and drop weights, landmark events, timed bean and environmental temperatures, gas, airflow, and batch notes. The Curve workspace combines BT, ET, rate of rise, yellow, first crack, and drop on a single trace designed for production review. The Phases workspace calculates drying, Maillard, and development durations and their share of total roast time, plus development ratio, weight loss, and peak RoR. The control log keeps each timed probe and input reading visible for repeatability. Before a batch becomes a reference, Audit checks chronological samples, landmark order, complete probe channels, sample gaps, and positive batch yield. Export the actual roast data as CSV, save multiple batches locally, edit full event and sample records, and duplicate any profile as a new revision. No login is required. The app has no subscription, in-app purchases, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, AI processing, or developer-server upload. Roast curves and calculations are operational aids; verify probe calibration, food safety, equipment limits, and production decisions under your own roasting standards.
