PatternGrade Sewing is a paid, local-first grading desk for apparel pattern makers, sewing educators, independent designers, and technical-design students. Define a pattern piece as a closed sequence of named construction points, record seam allowance, cut quantity, mirroring, notches, and notes, then assign each named point a horizontal and vertical movement per size step. The app applies positive or negative steps around a chosen base size to generate every nested outline. The Nest workspace overlays the complete grade in distinct size colors and emphasizes the base block. The rule library keeps point movement and rationale visible. The production size chart stores size name, step, bust, waist, hip, and back length while calculating the graded piece perimeter for comparison. Before export, the audit verifies that the base size exists at step zero, every construction point has a grade vector, every piece can form a closed outline, size steps are unique, and seam allowances are recorded. Export the full layered nest as standards-based SVG and the point rules as CSV. Save multiple styles locally and duplicate a complete style as a revision. No login is required. The app has no subscription, in-app purchases, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, AI processing, or developer-server upload. This is a pattern-development aid; verify fit, curves, seam walking, notches, and production tolerances with physical samples and your own technical standards.
