ProofGrid Contact Sheets is a paid, local-first workspace for photographers, art directors, archivists, and production teams. Create a saved proof job and import real image files through Apple's file picker. Reorder selects, include or omit frames, add captions, and keep the original file names visible. Choose US Letter or A4, set a two-, three-, or four-column grid, and preview the first printed page before delivery. ProofGrid checks pixel dimensions, orientation, megapixels, and short-edge resolution so questionable source files stand out before they reach a client. Export a multi-page print-ready PDF, a high-resolution JPEG review sheet, and a CSV image index containing order, inclusion, dimensions, captions, and quality flags. Duplicate a saved job before making a new revision. No login is required. The app has no subscription, in-app purchases, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, AI processing, or developer-server upload.
