FIRST Property Bali

About

FIRST Property is a Bali real estate agency based in Canggu. This app puts our listings — villas, land and commercial property — in your pocket, and gives our agents the tool they use in the field. BROWSE, WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT • Every listing with its real photographs, not renders • Prices in Indonesian rupiah, always — no converted approximations • Freehold and leasehold stated plainly on each property • Areas across Bali: Canggu, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud, Seseh, Nusa Dua • Contact us about any property straight from its page You do not need to sign in to look. Browsing is open to anyone. FOR FIRST PROPERTY AGENTS Signing in with an agency account unlocks the field tool: • Add a property from the villa itself — type, location, specifications, photographs and price, step by step • Your position is captured with one tap and adjusted on the map • Photographs are taken or picked, compressed on the phone, and reordered by dragging • Everything is saved on the device as you type. Leave the app, lose signal, or close the phone entirely — nothing is lost • Uploads resume by themselves when the connection returns • Enquiries assigned to you arrive as a notification, with the contact and the property named • Call or reply on WhatsApp in one tap, and move a lead through its stages Bali has thin coverage in the places where property is actually sold. The app is built for that: drafts live on the phone first and reach the server when they can. ABOUT FIRST PROPERTY We are based on Jalan Pantai Batu Mejan in Canggu, and we work in English, Indonesian, French and Russian. Our listings and guides are also at firstproperty.id.
