WeldPass Sequence is a local-first weld control board for fabricators, inspectors, supervisors, and field crews who need every deposited layer to follow the approved procedure. Build a pass sequence using GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, or FCAW. Record amps, volts, travel speed, interpass temperature, WPS identity, material, thickness, and process efficiency. WeldPass calculates heat input in kJ/mm and immediately holds a pass when the interpass limit is exceeded. A layer-release checklist keeps cleaning, visual acceptance, temperature, and inspection state visible from root through cap. The local weld record summarizes parameters and acceptance for a concise shop-floor handoff. Calculations are an aid and remain subject to the approved WPS and PQR.
