XSheet: Animation Timing is a paid, local-first exposure-sheet workspace for 2D animators, directors, cleanup artists, motion designers, students, and small studios. Create a scene at 12, 24, 25, or 30 fps and add action, dialogue, camera, and effects cues by exact frame range. Mark key poses, choose animation on ones, twos, or threes, and attach timing, ease, lip-sync, and cleanup notes. XSheet calculates scene runtime, cue end frames, estimated drawing count, key-pose count, and out-of-range timing issues. The visual dope sheet maps every cue across dedicated tracks. A detailed frame ledger keeps exposures and production notes readable, while the handoff report gives another artist or director a clean, shareable timing plan. No login is required. The app has no subscription, in-app purchase, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-operated backend. Scene data remains on your device unless you explicitly share a handoff report.
