See UV clearly • Check the current UV index, category, temperature, and local conditions. • Follow the hourly UV forecast from morning through sunset. • Read practical sun-safety and UV-protection guidance. • Use your current location or choose a city manually. Choose a better time outside • Find a preferred outdoor window based on hourly UV and your schedule. • See how conditions change before and after the daily peak. • Set forecast-aware reminders for useful moments. Record your daylight habit • Read Time in Daylight from Apple Health with your permission. • Start and stop manual outdoor sessions when you need them. • Combine overlapping Health and manual records without double-counting. Understand your patterns • Review weekly and monthly daylight trends. • Explore timing, consistency, source coverage, and daily evidence. • Follow habit progress and useful context from four Home Screen widgets. Personal, private, and optional Sunlight does not require an account. Apple Health access is read-only. Manual sessions, preferences, and the optional self-reported skin response profile stay on your device. There are no ads or third-party analytics. Sunlight Pro unlocks outdoor planning, daylight tracking, personalization, reminders, Trends, and three advanced widgets. Choose monthly access or a one-time lifetime purchase.
