Projectly

About

Projectly is project management with workflow automation built in — plan the work, then let the busywork run itself. PROJECTS & TASKS • Organise work into projects with statuses, assignees, priorities and due dates • Add your own custom fields (like Supplier or Order value) per project • Comment on tasks and @mention teammates to pull them in • Watch any task to get notified when it changes TEAM WORKSPACES • Invite your team into shared workspaces • Everyone sees the same live data on web and iPhone • Direct messages between members, plus a unified inbox for updates and approvals AUTOMATIONS • Visual pipelines react to task changes and new records • Approval gates route decisions to the right person's inbox • Task data flows into collections for forms and reporting BUZZ AI • An assistant that actually knows your workspace • Ask what needs attention, or how to set something up • Strictly scoped: it only sees workspaces you belong to NOTIFICATIONS • Push notifications for assignments, comments, mentions, messages and approvals • Fine-grained control — watch or unwatch any task Projectly is free to use. The web app lives at projectly.co.uk — your account works in both places.
