About
Start with a free journey from Earth to the Moon in an Apollo-inspired cockpit. Solar Journey brings immersive 3D space travel to your iPhone and iPad, with Mars and more available through a one-time Full Access purchase. Choose your destination, review the journey, and start your flight when it is ready. Watch the scenery change, pause along the way, switch camera views, and turn the time-warp dial to change the pace. YOUR VIEW OF SPACE Move between cockpit, chase, close-up, and overview cameras. Explore the journey through a spacecraft console with illuminated readouts and responsive controls. FOLLOW REAL MISSIONS Replay selected historical spacecraft journeys reconstructed from archived trajectory data. The MESSENGER replay is included free. These are historical replays, not live spacecraft feeds. KEEP A FLIGHT LOG Save completed journeys in an on-device Flight Log and share a flight card. The log keeps your most recent 100 completed journeys. START FREE, EXPLORE FURTHER The guided Earth-to-Moon journey and MESSENGER replay are free. A one-time Full Access in-app purchase unlocks Mars, additional destinations and mission replays, and advanced controls. No subscription. Some journeys and optional visual or scientific assets may require a download and an internet connection. Solar Journey is an educational spaceflight experience. Its cockpit takes visual inspiration from the Apollo era; it does not simulate an Apollo lunar landing. Planned journeys use models and disclosed approximations and are not intended for real spacecraft navigation. Data-source credits in the app do not imply agency endorsement.
