Delegate is the simple way to make sure you're not the only one who knows how things need to be done, whether that's for a dog sitter, a house cleaner, a babysitter, or your own kids packing their bag for camp. Not a to-do list. Delegate is built specifically for handover instructions: the things someone else needs to know, in an order that actually makes sense, without you re-typing the same notes every time or standing over someone to make sure it's done right. Build a list once, save it to your Library, and send it whenever you need it, as an email your helper can read straight away, or as a printable A4 PDF with checkboxes they can tick off in person. Nothing for them to install, no account for them to create. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Break instructions into tasks and sub-tasks, so nothing has to be explained twice • Add plain dot-point notes between tasks, or under a task, for the things that just need saying ("The spare key is under the blue pot") • Tag how often a task happens: every time, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or your own rhythm • Choose "keep my order" or "group by frequency," whichever reads better for that list • Send as an email or a printable A4 PDF with checkboxes • Save lists to your Library and duplicate one for a similar job: the school holidays instead of a normal week, packing for camp instead of a weekend away • See the last-sent date on every list at a glance, so you're not guessing whether it went out • Back up and restore your whole Library as a CSV file, any time • Use it on iPhone or iPad HOW IT WORKS Delegate is free to use for building and sending lists by email, with no cap on tasks, sub-tasks, notes, or how many times you send. One list at a time is saved in your Library at no cost. Unlocking the full version (a single one-time purchase, no subscription, ever) adds unlimited lists in your Library, PDF export, and Duplicate.
