Can't Sleep is for the 3am people. Wake up in the middle of the night, open the app, flip one switch — I'm Up — and instantly see which of your friends are awake too. When a friend comes online while you're up, your phone gives a soft nudge: "they're up too." NO SIGNUP, NO CONTACTS. Your iCloud account is your identity. Pick a display name, get a short friend code, and share it however you like — text it, say it, write it on a napkin. One person enters one code and you're both connected. We never touch your contacts. NO FALSE ALARMS. You only show as "up" while your phone has recently checked in. Fall asleep with the app open? You'll automatically show as asleep after your quiet timeout. Nobody gets woken by this app. WHILE YOU WAIT — PLAY. A quiet sudoku room for solo nights, and three head-to-head duels for when a friend is up: Sudoku Duel (same puzzle, fastest solve wins — timed fairly by the server, not your phones), Word Duel (same secret word, fewest guesses wins), and Dots & Boxes (classic turn-based, most boxes wins).
