BUILT FOR THE APPOINTMENT Start with the address, date and the two parties. The overview then shows every part of the handover as a clear step, so you can move through the property in any order and always see what is still open. ROOMS AND CONDITION Six common rooms are ready from the start, and you can add, rename, reorder or remove them. Check floor, walls, ceiling, windows, doors and heating as in order, defective, not applicable or not yet checked. Add a note only where it helps. PHOTOS WITH CONTEXT Take or choose several photos for every room. Each image keeps its capture time and an optional caption.
