It does not contact a school, make a payment, or send a message for you. Recognition is a draft: always compare important dates, amounts, locations, medicine, pickup details, and receipts with the original notice. The current release is local-first. It uses Apple's Vision framework and local storage for the material you intentionally import, without sending notice images or text to a remote server.
