The answers exist — in an email, a drawer, a photo roll, and somebody's memory. Kod Property keeps the whole life of a property in one place. THE PROPERTY IS THE THING THAT LASTS Not a folder of files. The property is the record, and documents, photos, people, agreements, money, contents and work attach to it over the years. Not a login: there is no account, no server of ours, and nothing to sign up for. Deeds, mortgages and tenancies are nobody else's business. SYNCS THROUGH YOUR OWN iCLOUD Your devices stay in step through your private iCloud database, and what travels is already encrypted. Apple stores something it has no key for. Kod Property opens and works with no network at all. ONE VAULT, SEVERAL APPS Kod Property reads and writes the same encrypted vault as Kod, Kod Identity, Kod Case and Kod Inventory. Documents are referenced rather than copied. Kod Property is complete on its own. NO RECOVERY, BY DESIGN No copy of your master password exists anywhere, so nobody can be persuaded to hand your data over — and nobody can get it back for you either.
